CIOPulse is a pure SaaS product. As such, it provides all our clients with identical functionality. When we release a new feature, everyone gets to benefit from it.
If you have an idea for improving CIOPulse (or have noticed that something is not working as you think it should), we'd love to hear from you. Please let us know by emailing us at [email protected]. We read and respond to every suggestion.
To be completely upfront with you, not every idea will make it onto our product roadmap. For example, a feature that is specific to one client, or that isn't aligned to our overall vision for the product, is unlikely to be delivered.
We want to be careful to add the right features to CIOPulse and not let it devolve into a complex, buggy mess that is hard to use and expensive to support and maintain. We want all the features of CIOPulse to be for the good of many or our clients, never just for one.
How we decide on new features
We want CIOPulse to become better and better at helping our clients to be customer-centric and to provide their customers with positive support experiences.
To decide what new features we're going to deliver first, we put our (and your) ideas on our Trello product roadmap so that you can see what we've got planned and vote on the features you like best.
We may not deliver a feature just because it has the most votes, but this does influence our decision making process.
The factors that we consider when evaluating possible new product features include:
- How many of our customers would get value from this feature?
- Is the feature aligned to our vision for the product?
- How would the feature impact product complexity and useability?
- Is it even technically possible? E.g. we may be constrained by our product architecture, or the capabilities of third-party services upon which our product depends.
- How much time/effort/cost will it take to deliver?
We won't always be able to add your idea to our product roadmap. But you can see all the other great stuff we're working on, and vote on ideas, by visiting our Trello Product Roadmap (or just Google, "ciopulse product roadmap").
