CIOPulse provides you with three dashboards for exploring your relationship survey responses and Net Promoter Scores.
How to access the relationship survey dashboards
To access a dashboard, use this URL:
https://app.cio-pulse.com/dashboard?cpc={your Client Portal Code}
Use these parameters, prefixing each parameter name with a &:

dashidMandatory. Specify the dashboard code of the dashboard you wish to view. Refer the table below. -
rssidOptional. Specify the Series Code of a Survey Series to just show data for the Surveys in that Series in the dashboard. -
rsidOptional. Specify the Survey Code of a Survey to just show data for that Survey in the dashboard. This parameter is not allowed in the Relationship Survey Series dashboard (dashid=RSSER). -
gridOptional. Wheny, displays grid lines between charts and tables shown on the dashboard. Whenn, no gridlines are shown. Defaults toy.
If you don't specify the rsid parameter in a dashboard URL, the dashboard will initially display data for the Relationship Survey with the most recent response. To view the data for any other Survey, use the Survey filter.
