2.3 Administrator induction tutorials

Here are eight bite-sized induction tutorials designed to get you up to speed with CIOPulse at your own pace.

Seven of these are guided tours of the Portal (watch them while in logged-in to the Portal) and one is an 'exercise' where you get to enter some configuration data into the Portal and complete some test transactional (ticket) surveys.

Depending on how fast you work through them, there's about two to three hours of training material here.

You need to have an administrator account and be logged on to the Portal to take the tutorials. If you haven't yet created an account, go here and then follow these instructions.

When you're ready, grab yourself a coffee, sign yourself in to the Portal at https://app.cio-pulse.com/portal/ and click the hyperlinks below to take each tour.

After four tours, it's time to take the Portal for a test spin. Tutorial Five is an article that talks you through entering some test data into the Portal and submitting a few surveys. If CIOPulse is already live in your organisation, I recommend skipping Tutorial Five and jumping straight to Tutorial Six.
