Our surveys are responsive (scale nicely across multiple screen sizes), touch-enabled and look fantastic on most modern mobile and desktop browsers. The following combinations are supported:
- PCs and laptops (Windows and OSX): Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari.
- Tablets: iPads running IOS 6+ and Android tablets running Android 4.0+.
- Smartphones: iPhone running IOS 6+ and Android smartphones running Android 4.0+.
You should test that the surveys work on the devices/browsers used by your customers. To do this, just enter these test URLs on each browser/device that you wish to test and complete the survey/form.

The surveys will not render on IE10 or below. If you use IE10 as the default browser in your organisation, we recommend you use a Group Policy and Legacy Browser Support to force our surveys to open in Chrome rather than IE.
CIOPulse also includes a Relationship survey. You do not need to test this survey because it is a simplified version of the Transactional Survey. If the Transactional Survey works in your environment, the Relationship Survey will too.
These URLs take you to the vanilla survey design available on our entry-level plan (Business Plan). If you've subscribed to our Corporate or Enterprise Plans, your survey designs will be customised to suit your brand and the URLs will differ slightly from the ones shown. However, for the purpose of testing that the surveys look okay, the default designs will suffice.
