2.12 How to display information for a specific time period

Updated on

Many of CIOPulse's displays, reports and interactive dashboards have date parameters/filters that can be used to display feedback and Net Promoter Scores for specific periods of time.

This article summarises the various parameters/filters available to you.

Interactive Dashboards

Interactive dashboards can be filtered by date using the Date Range filter from within the dashboard.

Dates shown in interactive dashboards are usually UTC/GMT.

The exception is the Survey Responses dashboard (&dashid=SRES) which defaults to the Timezone set in your Preferences in the Portal. This timezone can be changed within the SRES dashboard using the Timezone filter.

If your dashboard is displaying dates in UTC/GMT and your local timezone is not GMT, remember to take this into account when filtering the dashboard. For example, if your local timezone is GMT+11, and it's your 9am on the 1st of the June, setting the Date Range filter to 'Current Month' will display results for May. This is because the UTC/GMT date will still be 31 May when your local time is 9am on 1 June.

Displays & Reports & API

Displays, reports and API responses can be filtered with various date parameters. These parameters are specified in the URL used to access the information.

The table below shows these parameters for each display, report or API endpoint that accepts date parameters.

* Typically, the Latest NPS is the same as the current month 30-Day NPS. However, for Support Groups (or Customer Segments) who receive few/infrequent surveys, the Latest NPS could be an NPS that was calculated months ago.

** The NPS shown on the Gauge is not calculated in real-time. It is updated twice a day (at approximately midday and midnight GMT+10).

With the exception of the Survey Responses API and interactive dashboards, all other dates in the report, displays and Score API are in your local timezone (as set in the Preferences of the Portal).
