The most recent twenty customer comments from the transactional survey can be viewed in a scrolling format on any device, such as a team lead's PC or on a large monitor near the Service Desk.

You can use any of the following parameters, prefixing each parameter name with a &:

rgidOptional. Display feedback for the Team or Department with this Support Group Code. When omitted, the slider will display all feedback. -
combineOptional. Wheny, displays feedback received for the Department and the Teams that belong to that Department. Whenn, displays feedback received for the Department. This parameter is ignored when the Support Group Code specifies a Team rather than a Department. Defaults ton. You can learn more about how thecombineparameter works, in this article. -
sgid1Optional. Display feedback for this Customer Segment 1. -
sgid2Optional. Display feedback for this Customer Segment 2. -
minOptional. Display only feedback where the customer gave an overall satisfaction score greater than or equal to this number,1to10. -
maxOptional. Display only feedback where the customer gave an overall satisfaction score less than or equal to this number,1to10. -
displayOptional. Any combination of eight 1s and 0s. There are eight fields displayed under the customer's verbatim feedback: Overall Score, Ticket ID, Survey Submitted Date, Customer Segment 1, Customer Segment 2, Customer ID, Support Group and Agent ID. To hide any of these fields, replace the corresponding 1 with a 0, e.g.display=11110111will hide Customer Segment 2. -
colourWhen this is set tocategorythe background colour of the each slide represents the customer's overall satisfaction score (reds/oranges for 6 or less, blues for 7 or 8, and greens for 9 or 10). When set torandomthe background colour of each slide will be random. Defaults tocategory. -
contrastWhen included in the URL (it requires no parameter value), the ticket information displayed under the customer's verbatim feedback will be displayed in a shade of white (rather than orange), making the text easier to read from a distance.

Only survey responses with verbatim feedback of more than 3 characters will be displayed.
